    How long does it take to deliver my glasses?

    If your lenses do not require lenses with a specific prescription, they will take 4 to 5 business days to arrive. If your lenses require a specific prescription prescription, delivery time will take a maximum of 15 business days.

    What type of packaging is used?

    Our shipments are managed with 99 minutes, Estafeta or FedEx, depending on the destination.

    My recipe is special, what do I do?

    Send us the photo of your recipe by WhatsApp or email and we will take care of the rest. You can read more about the process here .

    I have a high graduation, do they charge me more?

    All undergraduate degrees have the same cost, regardless of graduation. If you require a custom prescription, the cost will increase depending on the specifications of your prescription. We will send you the quote via WhatsApp or email.

    Where do I get my glasses prescription ?

    You can go to your trusted ophthalmologist to have an eye exam.

    We accept payments by credit or debit cards, by bank transfer, or by Paypal.

    Can I pay monthly without interest?

    If your purchase is greater than $1,500 Mexican pesos, you can make the payment in months without interest.
